Michigan Team

Divers are eligible to become “Michigan Team Members” once they can successfully perform the dives required for their age group by U.S./Canadian Diving on both 1m and 3m. A team suit and t-shirt must be purchased. The Michigan Team Members participate in local meets around the state. Michigan Team Divers must attend a minimum of 2 practices are week, and are strongly encouraged to attend at least 3 weekly!

If you are interested in competing, please speak with one of the Legacy coaches to discuss the dives that are required.

Liability Insurance Fee
All Legacy Divers must join AAU (Amateur Athletic Union) in order to dive in our program. The cost is $25 (you may include this fee in your check to Legacy Diving) and is good from the time you join through August 31^st. When filling out your registration form, make sure to include diver’s full name and date of birth. We will register each diver with the AAU on-line.

All Michigan Team and National Team members must also join U.S. Diving. You will need to fill out the USD registration form and make your check out to Michigan Diving Association for $75 by December 31^st, 2005. The USD membership is good through December 31^st.

Recreation/Pool rental
There is a Recreation/pool rental fee for every diver in the club!

There will be no discount for paying in advance. However, if you have 2 divers in the program you will receive 10% off. If you have 3 or more, you will receive 20% off

Recreation ID Card - $5.00 (one time fee paid directly to Rec/IM)
