Learn To Dive
|
Learn To Dive classes include instruction on 1m and 3m springboards and
dry-land training equipment. Divers will learn front and back line-ups
on 1m and 3m, and required dives in all directions, as well as begin to
learn twisting dives and somersaults in all directions. Beginners will
also learn front approach and back take off from 1m tower.

If you
have 2 divers in the program you will receive 10% off. If you
have 3 or more, you will receive 20% off.
*Beginner divers are strongly recommended to dive two days per week.

Liability Insurance & Recreation Card Fee
All Legacy Divers must join AAU (Amateur Athletic
Union) in order to dive in our program. The cost is $14 and you will
need to go to www.aausports.org,
